What it does
Microneedling creates temporary micro-channels in the stratum corneum so that active ingredients reach below the surface. Nano-crystal and microcrystal formats are the lower-pain, shorter-needle versions used in home devices.
What matters in a device
Tip geometry, penetration depth consistency, sterility of the consumable and the interface to the serum. The consumable is usually the part that determines repeat purchase, so its design matters commercially as much as technically.
What we build
Microcrystal pens, water-glow infusion devices, and combined EMS plus micro-channel platforms. Consumable cartridges and tips can be developed as a separate revenue line.
