Products & customization
What products do you manufacture?
Home beauty devices across nine families: facial beauty devices, microneedling and infusion devices, eye and lip care, heated eyelash curlers, facial cleansing, LED phototherapy, hair and scalp devices, body care and beauty tools. There are 26 models in the current range.
Can you customize a product?
Yes. Depending on the model you can change the logo, colour and finish, housing, packaging, firmware, PCBA, functions and accessories. Tell us which parts you need to change and we will confirm what is feasible before quoting.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Both. OEM means we build to your design, drawing or sample. ODM means we start from one of our existing platforms and adapt it to your requirement. Private label, where you take an existing model unchanged and add your branding, is the fastest route.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Standard samples ship in 3 to 7 days. Customized samples take longer depending on the change. Sample cost and freight are quoted separately.
Quoting & minimum order
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 500 pieces per model for standard configurations. For customized housings or new tooling the MOQ is higher because of the tooling investment. Ask us for the exact figure for your configuration.
How do I get a quotation?
Use the Request a Quote form and include the product or function you need, the target market, estimated quantity and any certification requirement. We reply with feasibility and a cost range within 24 business hours.
Do you support mixed orders?
Yes, different models can be combined in one order to reduce your inventory burden. The MOQ applies per model.
Delivery & payment
What is the production lead time?
25 to 35 days for standard models after sample approval and deposit. Customized projects depend on tooling and certification and are scheduled in writing.
Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. The shipping port is Shenzhen. We can also ship by air or express for samples and small batches.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T and L/C for production orders, PayPal for samples. Exact terms are stated on the proforma invoice.
Quality, compliance & IP
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 for the plant, plus CE EMC test reports and drop and stacking test reports for specific models. Certification scope depends on the model and target market. We publish certificate numbers on the Certifications page and we do not claim documents we cannot present.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before discussing your drawings or tooling, and tooling ownership is defined in the contract.
