Private Label
Take an existing model unchanged and add your logo, colourway and packaging. The fastest route from decision to shipment.
MOQ 500 pcs · Sample lead time 3–7 days · Lead time 25–35 days
Private label is the answer to a specific question: how fast can I have a product with my brand on it, without taking on a reliability programme. The device stays as it is. What changes is the logo, the colourway, the packaging and the manual — the parts the end user associates with your brand.
The honest limits
The device you ship is the device we certify. A logo method that alters the housing — a milled badge in a wall that was not designed for it — can affect water resistance or appearance after a drop. We say so before the order rather than after the first container.
Where private label goes wrong
Most private label problems are not manufacturing problems. They are artwork problems found at the print stage: a dieline that does not match the box the insert was designed for, a manual with the wrong label, a barcode that does not scan at retail. We ask for the retail requirements — barcode symbology, country of origin marking, warning text — before the artwork is finalised.
What you approve
The pre-production sample carries your logo, your packaging and your manual. Approving it is the last cheap moment to change your mind.

Common questions
Can I change the colour of the housing?
Yes, within the range the molder can hold. A colour change is a material batch change, so it carries a minimum quantity and a colour-matching step against your Pantone reference.
How long does a private label order take?
Production is 25–35 days after the artwork and the pre-production sample are approved. The artwork approval is usually the step that decides the real date.
Do I need new certification in my name?
The product configuration is unchanged, so the existing reports describe the same device. Whether the reports need to be in your name is a question for your market's authority — we provide the reports and the declarations we hold.
