Nano Microcrystal Infusion Device for a Collagen Brand
A recombinant collagen brand needed a home device that delivered its serum at the right depth without a clinic visit.
01 · Challenge
The client's serum had a specific viscosity and was supplied in sealed ampoules. Off-the-shelf devices either clogged at the tip or delivered too shallow to matter, and the ampoule interface was not compatible.
02 · Solution
We adapted the crystal tip geometry and the pressure profile to the serum viscosity, rebuilt the ampoule interface, and tuned the motor speed range so the delivery rate stayed stable from full to near-empty.
03 · Result
A working pilot batch was validated by the client before serial tooling, and the device entered the brand's range as a companion to the serum.
