High-Pressure Oxygen Infusion Device
A distributor needed a stable fine mist at low fill volumes, and documentation that satisfied the destination market.
01 · Challenge
The spray pattern degraded as the cartridge emptied, and the existing nozzle could not be cleaned properly, which was a hygiene objection from end users.
02 · Solution
The valve timing and nozzle assembly were modified to hold a consistent pattern down to low fill volume, and the nozzle was redesigned to be removable and washable. The CE EMC testing was completed with the third-party laboratory and the reports shipped with the order.
03 · Result
The device passed CE EMC testing and shipped with test reports, which the distributor needed to clear the product into its market.
