About KOLELI

KOLELI designs and manufactures home beauty devices in Shenzhen, China. Our plant covers mold making, injection molding, machining, spray painting, electronics assembly and final assembly, so a project does not have to be split across several suppliers.

We work with beauty brands, distributors and private-label businesses. Some clients arrive with a finished design and need a supplier who can build it. Others arrive with a market requirement and need a product. Both start the same way: a written feasibility answer before anyone cuts tooling.

Our product range covers nine families — facial beauty devices, microneedling and infusion devices, eye and lip care, heated eyelash curlers, facial cleansing, LED phototherapy, hair and scalp devices, body care and beauty tools.

How we work

• Written commitments. Schedules and cost ranges in writing, not in a sales call.
• One engineer per project. You get a named contact who knows your tooling.
• Verifiable credentials. Certificate numbers and the models they cover are published on this site.
• No claims we cannot document. If we cannot show the certificate, we do not put the logo on our site.

About the name

Our legal entity is Shenzhen Rokely Technology Co., Ltd. KOLELI is the brand under which our beauty devices are designed and manufactured, and it is the trademark we use internationally. Some of our social channels still carry an earlier handle, rokelybeauty. They are the same company, the same factory and the same team.
